Bao Ying Dan

I bought Bao Ying Dan and let YF take. Trying to make him stronger before going to school. Just hope both the kids will get stronger from day to day.

YJ coughing again~

YJ has been coughing since last wk, started with slight cough at night, then until Fri become bad cough whole day. I have been bringing him to clinic for nerbulizer morning and night on Sat, and Monday. Today will need to go again. Hai.... sien lo~~
Hope he recovers soon... and not spread to YF... HOLIDAY IS COMING!!!

Kancil

This morning, we were about to go to school.
I took Myvi car key as daddy was at home.

YJ: mommy, you drive kancil, dont drive myvi.
M: y?
YJ: because Kancil faster.
M: har? really?
YJ: (think for a while) u drive kancil can la.. Myvi a bit faster only..

hahaha!! At last, I drove kancil.

"X"

Daddy set a rule with YJ. When he naughty, daddy will make a "X" in next Saturday calendar and it means YJ cant go out on that day.

Wed night, at yeye house, YJ did something naughty. Daddy said: I will go home and make a "X".
As usual, YJ said: No.... Dont want....
However, when we reach home, YJ: Daddy, hv u make the "X"?
D: oh.. ok.. (he take the calendar and show YJ) see, I "X" on next Sat ya.
YJ: ok.

Fri night, Daddy reminded YJ that Sat had a "X" and YJ got to stay home.
YJ: then daddy mommy leh?
D: Daddy mommy go out.
Y: Where u both go? go bank ah? I dont like to go bank.. wait so long.. I go yeye house.
He tried to comfort himself is it? :P

Mom, fetch me earlier..

Recently there were many cases of snatching and robbery. I was a bit scared to go home late, so, I went to MIL house earlier.

YJ: Mom, u come and fetch me early everday like today ha...
M: mm.. I finished work will go fetch you.
YJ: then u finish work early everyday ha..
M: I try lo.. but sometimes too much work cannot finish.
YJ: If you cannot finish also nvm.. I faster run away, dont let ur boss see u.. (he starts to make story) you faster get into your car, drive back. if your boss see u, chase on u.. u also dono. then got roller come and roll on your boss car.. u dono ma.. cos u already drive infront.. then u can come fetch me early liao lo!
M: ........

My hand no battery

YJ wanted to watch TV.
YJ: Daddy, 开电视机给我。
D: 自己开啦！
YJ: 我都不会开，怎样开？
D: 用手开啦！
YJ: 我的手都没有 battery!!

He actually saying that to open TV got to use remote control, and his hand got no battery to act as remote control. Hahaha!!

Homework

YJ likes to do exercises at home.
He always finish 1 book within 30mins, then asks for another one.

M: Can you do slowly?
YJ: No, my hand cannot do slow, my hand very fast.
M: ...

YJ: Mom, how to do this?
M: Come, show me.
YJ: You come la, I walk too much my leg tired.
M: Then? my leg not tired?
YJ: ... hai ya.. (then, he pulled his table and chair and sit beside me, easy references!)

Don't Tell Daddy...

YJ and I had been walking to school for 1 week+ as my car was in workshop for repair.

Monday night, I got my car back!
On the way back home, YJ suddenly raise his hands up, said: Yeah! Tomorrow no need to walk to school!
M: Haha! so happy?
YJ: Yes.. mom.. you dont tell daddy ya..
M: why?
YJ: because daddy will laugh at me.
M: oh.. then if I ask daddy don't laugh, can I tell?
YJ: no. because daddy will laugh.

Btw, he enjoyed walking to school too. We could see big snails, plants, trees, flowers, houses. Those were fresh and great mornings! :-)

Hard to convince..

It is getting hard to convince YJ to do something. You must provide valid reasons in order for him to accept and follow.

We were in Popular. I asked him to stay with daddy and I were going to another side to see other books.
He said: Why I can't follow you? There is no danger to follow.
M: ..... (dono what to say..) :-S

Last night, I found out that nobody can fetch me to work and my car still in workshop.
M: YJ, you go yeye house sleep tonight and tomorrow yeye fetch you to school, ok?
YJ: Why? I want to sleep here.
M: Mommy got no car, and nobody fetch me to work tomorrow. So I need to follow daddy's car, and need to go early.
YJ: I want to sleep here and walk to school.
M: But nobody fetch mom to work.
YJ: You got your friend to fetch you..
M: Auntie is sick, cant go work. So nobody fetch me and I have to follow daddy.
YJ: I also want to follow daddy.
M: Daddy is too early for you.
YJ: I wake up v....very....early.
M: But school not open yet.
YJ: School open v... very... early.
M: School open 7.30am. We need to go out 7am.
YJ: Daddy not 6.15am meh?
M: 6.15am daddy wake up, 7am go out.
YJ: I also can go out 7am.
M: Yes you can. but school not open yet.
YJ: School open early.. can..
M: You see. Daddy needs to go out 7am. School open 730am. From 7am, need to go to 705am, 710am, 715am, 720am, 725am, then only 730am. It is long time in between, nobody in school, we cant leave you there, later ppl kidnap you.
YJ: I am v... er...y... strong. I don't scared.. I fight.. I kick him till die..
M: But ppl very big size and tall, you are small..
(getting farer from the topic..)
M: so.. you go to yeye house tonight, ok?
YJ: I can go out 7am..
M: (getting frustrated.. ) I already told u, school not open yet.. do you understand?
YJ: (smile).. haha.. kia.. we go yeye house!

See.. I need to talk so.... long to convince him just for a simple thing.. It is getting challenging :-S

YJ first movie

It has been long we wanted to bring YJ to cinema, but we have a most important concern: can he sit still for 1.5 hrs?
Alright, let's try it out. Today we went for Madagascar 2: Escape 2 Africa! :)

A day before, I explained how cinema looked like, what should we do in cinema, what we can't do in cinema, etc.. I just hope he will not get shocked when the lights then off.

We went in on time and the screen already showing the preview. Once we sat down, YJ started looking around, then, started to ask questions:

Why need to off the lights? Why yeye house no need to off the lights?
Why the screen so big?
Why got many people?
If too many people then they have no place to sit, they will stand?
(I told him will just let those ppl with seat in.)
Then they will lock the door when it's full?

And at the end of the show, he asked: Why the lights will automatic turn on?

In between, he asked for food, drink, toilet, stand on the chair for a while, changing from his own seat (we were at couple seat and he was sitting in the middle) to daddy's lap and my lap. Overall, he still behave well and enjoy the movie. :)

Bus driver

YJ & YF were playing in the room.
They climbed up to the bed and sat on the border.
Before I asked them to get down, here was the conversation.

YJ: YF, come, let me be bus driver. You sit behind. Come la.. come la..
YF not listening.. kept playing on his own.
YJ: haiya.. you ah...


Then, I forgot what happen, they changed place. YJ happily sat infront be bus driver. What about YF? I was wondering what was he doing as the photo below! :-D

I should say both of them creative? or superactive?

Moon ~

We were on the way home.

YJ: It is going to rain, moon moon, faster hide inside the cloud.
M: Moon no more carry umbrella? (few mths back he said moon carry umbrella so that wont get wet.)
YJ: Moon where got hand? No hand how to carry umbrella?
M: ....
YJ: Moon no hand no leg. It got eyes, mouth, nose only. Its hand and leg not yet grown. (还没有长出来)
M & D: har? like that?? hahahahahaha!!!!!

We were on the way back.
There was cloud and moon.

YJ: 月亮月亮，快点躲进云里，要下雨了！
M: 月亮没有拿雨伞吗？
YJ: 月亮都没有手！哪里能够那雨伞？
M: ...
YJ: 月亮的手和脚还没有长出来。它只有眼睛，鼻子，嘴巴罢了。。
M & D: har? 是啊？Hahahahah!!

YJ still sick... and follow by YF...

I thought YJ's fever was like normal 2-3 days would be ok. So, hubby and I flied to Bali for the vacation booked few months back.
But, YJ still continued fever at night time and coughing badly. Hubby and I kept thinking and worried about him.. :(
Dr changed his antibiotic on Thur and gave a letter to hospital for further checking.
We arrived in Pg Airport ~12pm Fri. FIL fetched us and straight away to LHWE. YJ was admitted to do blood test, x-ray and Dr wanted him to stay in order to monitor his situation. There were many pneumonia cases recently on kids. This worried us.
YJ was very unhappy staying in hospital. He kept asking to go home. Other then that, he didn't talk, didn't smile, refused to look at nurses and dr. But he was very brave. He did not even make single sound when do blood test, even it was pain. Bravo!
He was discharged today, back home happily and played with his Lego, did his home work, etc. He is still coughing and flu. Hope he will recover soon.

About YF, he started fever Thur night. Still the same as of today. Tomorrow might need to bring him back to see dr again. Another worry... :(

Leaving to work

I was at MIL house and YF sticked to me even I busy with YJ with his high fever.

After settle down, I was going back to work.

This was the time YF nearly cried. See this photo:

He wanted me to carry him. I pass him to yeye or popo, he refused and keep saying "bu yao!" and pushed their hands away.

But when he heard yeye talking to YJ: later if you wake up and no fever, we go see monkey.

Wah! immediately.. he climbed down from me and went over to hold yeye's hand: "hou zi hou zi!!" very realistic leh...

YJ fever..

Yesterday morning, teacher called while I was at work.
She said that YJ was having fever at 38.7C.
I rushed to pick him up and brought him to Dr.
While we were waiting, he was really tired.
He did not go to playground as usual. He just sit beside me like no energy.
When Dr tested, he was at 39.3C! No wonder he was so tired.

We went to MIL house. YF was very exited to see his brother. He kept looking at the brother even we kept pulling him away. He must be curious why gege just did not play with him today and look so different.

This morning when YJ woke up, he was fresh and going around like normal. I was so glad to see him back to normal. However, after a short nap in the afternoon, he started back high fever. :(

Please let my YJ recover soon....

Did I Kick You?

This morning, YJ woke up and asked me: Mommy, did I kick you last night?
M: err.. no ah...
YJ: got la! My leg cross over to you..
M: oh is it? I didn't realise.

Why he suddenly concern if he kicked me? Because I asked him to sleep back to his own matress, but he insisted he wanted to sleep with me. ;-)

Group Leader

Last night, YJ told me that Ling Xi Hen and he was choosen as group leader in their class.
I asked who choose? YJ: Teacher Teoh.
M: What is group leader for?
YJ: Help teacher collect books and distribute books.
M: Then why got 2 persons?
YJ: I collect books, Ling Xi Hen distribute books. So, need 2.

Hope he enjoy his task. :)

Raining...

It is raining day again.
When I open the door, YJ said: the rain started from last night till now not yet stop!
YJ: hmmm.. the cloud naughty ho.. always rain. I must get something to beat the cloud.
Har? oh... he knows the rain come from cloud. HAHA.. not bad ha.. :)

Mommy, 跑!!

Yesterday morning, I was hurry to work.
But everytime when i was in hurry, YJ said: Mommy.. 我要大便。
This time, beside telling me that he wanted to pass motion, he said: Mommy, 你跑上楼拿potty ha.. Mommy, 跑!! 快点!!Mommy, 跑!! 跑!! 跑!!
Beh tong!! I said: ok la.. ok la..
When I reach upstair, he said again.
YJ: Mommy, 等下你下来也用跑ha..
First time he said this. He must be very last minute.. cannot wait liao...

Bersatu...

Everyday 7.55pm before news, no matter what YJ and YF doing, they will stop and run infront of TV - for the Malay song which I dont know what the name is, just know got the word: BERSATU
Both singing happily. LOL!

A Day to Penang

It was Hari Raya holiday.

We decided to visit CTY Aquarium, located in Burmah Road, Penang.

We meet JH there. My friend's son, same year with YJ.

There were many fishes inside. The kids are very excited!

YF was excited to see fishes too. He kept pointing at the fishes and said: 鱼！鱼！

Camera was not allowed. Here was the only photo taken.

Where was YF? He was hiding behind the big nemo. I couldn't catch him with my hp camera which was slow in action. :D

YF touched something displayed. Daddy said: YF don't touch! (with normal tone only). See this boy, he close his eyes with both hands, didn't want to see us or talk to us!

Finally, auntie YN asked: YF, do you want biscuit?

This way always work! He happily took biscuit and ate, and happily walking around. HAHA!

After that, we went to New World Park for drinks. It was the first time we went there. I missed the day in high school that we took the ais-kacang with banana, laksa, and curry mee. That time the stalls were still at the road side. It had been moved into New World Park last year.

The kids enjoyed playing with the machines.

JH and YJ became very close started from this playground. They both rided on the bike and boat, rided on bike together, and when we left, they were holding hands, and talking non-stop!

It was just very simple for kids to make friend. Very easy...

After that, we went to Tesco to buy something and had dinner.

Along the way, YJ kept looking behind, waving to JH, kept asking JH's car leh? Same went to JH. They were too excited with new friend.

Both JH and YJ sat together in McD. They even shared nuggets and tomato souce. 1 nugget splited into 2, 1 tomato souce keep first, shared 1 first. YF enjoyed his bread while looking at the 2 big koko.

McD got special edition of pencil case. They both got 1 each. JH liked white one and YJ liked red one.
After food, continued to play!! Look at this, YF was squeezed in the middle, like very pity. HAHA!
It was a tiring day. Both YJ and YF slept in the car while we back home. But they woke up and contiued to play till 12am. After YJ sleep, YF still continued to play till 1am!! :-S
